Data collected with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II B Factory at SLAC during 1999-2001 are used to study the decays B^0 → D^(*) \overline D^(*). These decay modes are useful for determining the parameter sin2 β for a measure of CP violation in the Standard Model. Here we present the branching ratio measurements for these decays. The angular distribution of decay B^0 → D^*+D^*- is also studied to determine the CP-odd fraction of the decay products.
