The parameters of the unified relativistic theory of the motion of the
inner planets are refined on the basis of observations performed between
1960 and 1989. The osculating elements of orbits and constants, rms
errors of elements and constants, and maximum differences in the
geocentric position of the planets for 1991-1995 are presented.
