In this paper we examine the ensemble properties of a sample of eight double quasars classified as probable or certain gravitational lenses, and conclude that there is overwhelming evidence that the systems are indeed being gravitationally lensed by dark galaxies or perhaps dark matter galactic halos. Six out of the eight lensing galaxies have very large M/L, suggesting that dark galaxies outnumber normal galaxies.
