We report a study of B-->D_cp K-, where D_cp is a CP eigenstate of
the D^0 meson, using 29.1 fb-1 of data collected at the
Upsilon(4S) resonance with the BELLE detector at the KEKB asymmetric
e+e- storage ring. Results on the branching fraction and magnitude of
the CP asymmetry are reported.
