This talk will report on conclusions drawn using analyses of the particle spectra and correlations. The pion freeze-out phase space density, , in relativistic heavy-ion reactions can be estimated by combining the single particle spectra with the two particle correlation parameters (λ, R_s, R_o, R_l). Consistency with an equilibrium scenario may be sensitively tested by comparing to predictions based upon hydodynamical models. The proton phase space density can be estimated by combining the proton spectra with the freeze-out radii intrepreted from a coalesence model. The coalesence radii are determined using the single particle yields of protons, deuterons, tritons, and He^3 nuclei. We will compare the radii extracted and the phase space densities implied for pions, protons, and for kaons in Au+Au collisions. From the phase space density distributions, we extract thermal temperatures and chemical potentials for the system and determine the degree to which non-thermal effects (i.e. radial flow) drive away from the thermal ansatz. We compare our estimates of T, β_r, and μB to other measurements.
