Limits on muon-neutrino to electron-neutrino and muon-antineutrino to electron-antineutrino oscillations are extracted using the NuTeV detector with sign-selected neutrino and and antineutrino beams. In antineutrino mode, the NuTeV data exclude the high DeltaM2 oscillation region favored by the LSND experiment. In addition, assuming that the oscillation parameters for neutrino and antineutrino are the same, we also exclude muon-neutrino to electron-neutrino oscillations with sin2(2alpha) > 0.9 10**(-3) for large DeltaM2 greater than 1000 eV2; for sin2(2alpha) = 1, DeltaM2 > 1.6 eV2 is excluded. These are the most stringent experimental limits for muon-neutrino to electron-neutrino oscillations in the large DeltaM2 and small mixing angle region.
