The NASA-ADS Abstract Service provides a search system for the Physics/Geophysics (1.1 million records), Astronomy/Planetary Sciences (730,000 records), and Instrumentation (615,000 records) literature. The ADS is a NASA funded project and is available free to anybody world-wide. A very important part of the ADS is the extensive system of links to other related on-line resources. There are 6.1 million links in the ADS, 2.8 million of these to external resources. In addition to the abstract search system we have scanned most of the astronomical literature back to volume 1 and provide access to the full journal articles through the ADS. In a collaboration with the APS the ADS has included all abstracts from the PhysRev series, as well as the reference lists of all these articles. Any record from these series that is returned by the ADS points to the on-line article on the APS PROLA website. The APS will in turn link to ADS abstracts from the reference lists of Physical Review articles. The ADS can be accessed at http://ads.harvard.edu
