In the region of the first resonance excitation based on Watson's theorem the model independent multipole analysis is fulfilled. The method of analysis differs from the traditional energy independent analysis by taking into account the energy dependence of multipoles on energy bins. Besides, the resonating mulipoles are parameterized in the form that is free from the computation instability near the resonance. The Monte-Carlo sampling is used for starting values of parameters. At selecting the unique solution influence of the experimental data of different groups is investigated with paying the particular attention to the new data.
