We report results of a study of high momentum η^' meson from decays
of B mesons produced in e^+e^- annihilation at the Υ (4S)
resonance. The data were collected with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II
asymmetric-energy B Factory at SLAC. Inclusive B → η^' X and
semi-exclusive B → η^' X branching fractions are given.
