A sample of quasars (≡900) has been composed from objects with the known flux densities at wavelengths λλ = 6 and 11 cm and with reliably measured redshifts z. The normalized luminosity functions (LF) of quasars for the separate groups in the small redshift intervals with z from 0.3 to 2.4 were constructed. LFs of different groups fit within natural fluctuations and show agreement with theoretical Schechter's LF. There is no correlation between the radiomagnitude m, and magnitude V and between m and spectral indices α of quasars. Periodicity of changing radiomagnitudes of quasars vs an argument ln(1+z) with the period P ≍ 0.2 had been revealed. The periodicity amplitude decreases with increasing density parameter Ω0. It puts limitation on the Ω0 < 0.5.
