Extreme-Universe-Space-Observatory (EUSO) and Orbiting Wide-angle Light-collector (OWL) plan to use wide-angle telescopes for observing extreme-energy (EE) cosmic rays above several times 10E19 eV. Several viable designs have been developed and tested so far for the EUSO and OWL. This technology, in the course of the OWL/EUSO wide-angle optic technology development, has led to a new application for the ground-based wide-angle telescopes. Optical designs for all-sky monitoring TeV gamma ray telescopes will be presened. These wide-angle, large-aperture telescopes permit several new experiments, including a first-generation exploration of all-sky gamma ray sources at above TeV. It can also allow an observation of iron-group energy spectrum up to EeV by using the Cherenkov emission from the electromagnetic cascade showers in the atmosphere initiated by primary heavy nuclei. Other application of the wide-angle large telescope technique will be discussed.
