The 17 million Bbar B events and more than 20 million cbar c events that have been collected with the CLEO II and CLEO III detectors at CESR have illuminated many aspects of Heavy Flavor physics. Analysis of these data continues, and in this talk we present selected new results, primarily on semileptonic and rare B decays. Many critical measurements that test the Standard Model are limited by incomplete knowledge of the strong interaction and of charm decays. To address these questions and provide information that is complementary to and critical for the programs of the B-factories, we will soon redirect our investigations to the energy range √s=3-5 GeV. The scientific objectives and specific plans for this CESR-c/CLEO-c program are described.
