Research on radio rapid fluctuation in solar flares is a field of solar radio astronomy in fast developing. It has recently been seen to be an important role for the diagnosis of the processes in flares because of their high brightness temperature of up to 1015K, their association with HXB and a possibly very intimate relation to electron acceleration. This paper introduces the recent situation for research on this area and the project for the coming solar active maximum phase in China.
