Instantaneous spectra of new radio sources stronger than 200 mJy from the Zelenchuk survey in the 0-9 deg declination zone are obtained. The sources were observed with the RATAN-600 radio telescope at 3.9 and 7.5 GHz. Most of the new sources found in the survey have flat spectra. Half of the strong radio sources found may emit due to a low (gamma of about 1.5) relativistic electron energy distribution index.
