The authors write the junctions conditions for planar walls embedded in vacuum spaces of (anti) de Sitter types, in static circumstances. The authors find the junction relations lead to a constraint between the parameters of the wall (the surface density σ and the surface tension - p) and the cosmological constant Λ. Unlike previous results, even in a static situation the existence of domain walls is allowed. In addition, gravitational repulsion may occur for a certain range of parameters in the anti de Sitter case.
