Five compact CO sources associated with unresolved IRAS sources in the Cygnus X region have been detected. The compact CO sources are about 1-2 arcmin in diameter and are associated with IRAS sources that have FIR continua indicative of young stellar objects. It is found that one of the sources, IRAS 20286 + 4105, is surrounded by a ring-shaped optical nebula circumscribing the region containing the CO and FIR emission.
