Positional measurements of the only stellar line Mg II 4481 A in the spectrum of V 367 Cyg were carried out using high-dispersion spectrograms. The secondary component of the line, which shows displacement corresponding to the motion of the companion is identified. The radial velocities of both components were measured and the elements of the spectral orbit and mass of the stars were calculated to be M1 = 2.3 solar masses and M2 = 3.6 solar masses.
