Based on the rotation induced Dirac spin precession in the rotational system, the high speed rotation influence is taken into account. Under the assumption of the tetrad expressions with the introduced relativistic factor, we obtain the complete rotation spin coupling formula. If the relativistic factor is unity, corresponding to the low speed rotation case, our conclusion is consistent with the other previous work.
