This issue is a good opportunity to understand the problem of collimation and acceleration of the magnetic wind. However, the discussions are sometimes difficult to general audience. In this paper the author attempts to explain the basic process discussed without using any concepts of magnetohydrodynamics. In addition he gives some comments which are hopefully helpful to resolve the present controversial.
