A new type of miniaturized 87Rb frequency standard is reported. In a optical-microwave unit, a two cell type is used instead of the traditional three cell type. The mixed rubidium cell has both filter and absorption function. A helix slow wave structure is applied to replace the traditional microwave cavity, in which the mixed Rubidium cell is placed. It greatly reduces the volume of optical-microwave unit and makes the adjustment easy.
