Conditions for the realization of the transonic motion of the shadows of Ganymede and Callisto relative to the above-cloud region of the Jupiter atmosphere (the speed-resonance regime) are calculated. In this case, the temperature-dependent time lag of the gaseous medium, decreasing in the stratosphere, prevents the satisfaction of the sufficient conditions of infrasound amplification.
