An analysis of magnitude-redshift data for clusters of galaxies conducted by Vignato and Marcucci (1971) is considered. The m-z plot is reexamined, taking into account both the effect of richness and B-M class. Attention is given to Friedmann models and to the steady state. For the particular problem considered, this steady state is identical with the conditions of the de Sitter cosmology.
