Improved orbits are derived for the well-known astrometric binaries Alpha Ophiuchi and Delta Aquilae from a combination of photographic astrometric observations and cross-correlation radial velocities. In addition, for Alpha Ophiuchi, infrared speckle observations have made possible the derivation of complete orbital elements and an estimate of the component masses.
