An anisotropic cosmological model with a secondary reheating and reionization is used to examine the distortion of spectrum of the cosmic microwave background (CMB) due to anisotropic expansion. It is shown that, after the secondary reheating, the distribution of photons' momenta becomes isotropic; however, the CMB spectrum becomes slightly different from the black body spectrum.
