We have developed a new radiative transfer code to study the thermally
reradiated emission from an optically and geometrically thick torus of
dusk which partially obscures the central regions of an active galactic
nucleus. We discuss the spectral and angular distributions of the
radiated energy over a range of model parameters and viewing angles.
