Spectra whose coverage is from 390 to 870 nm, with resolution better than 1.0 nm in the blue and 2.0 nm in the red, are presented for 26 low-metal stars observed with Wisconsin intensified diode-array scanner. Numerical estimates of 36 absorption features and two continuum indices are extracted from each spectrum, and mathematical models are constructed that describe each feature's dependence on stellar color, luminosity, and metallicity. The validity of inverting the mathematical models to yield metallicity estimates is demonstrated, and the models are used to estimate the metal content of six stars for which metal content is not known. Attention is given the spatial variations in the integrated spectrum of M92, and it is found that there is no convincing evidence for mass segregation in this cluster.
