The Oriented Scintillation Spectrometer Experiment (OSSE) on the Compton Gamma Ray Observatory observed the Cygnus region during three periods in 1991: May 30--Jun 15, Aug 8--Aug 15, and Nov 28--Dec 11. The second observation was added to the original schedule after Cyg X-3 underwent a major radio outburst on 1991 Jul 26 (R. Fiedler, private communication). The goal was to determine if the flare seen at radio wavelengths also produced significant changes in the hard X-ray/gamma-ray flux. We will present results for Cyg X-3 from these three observations, including spectra, measurements of the 4.8 hr lightcurve in hard X-rays, searches for longer-term flux variability, and limits on 2.22 MeV line emission.
