The spatial and temporal spectra of whistler turbulence in the interplanetary plasma are investigated theoretically for the small-scale spectral range confined between the ion and electron cyclotron resonances, k = 10 to the -7th to 10 to the -5th per cm. Theoretical results are compared with experimental data on high-frequency fluctuations of the magnetic field in the interplanetary plasma.
