We present the theoretical X-ray spectrum of magnetic compact star. By
analysing the dependence of the X-ray spectrum on several basic
parameters based on the phe-nomenological model suggested by Kim &
Beuermann (1995), we show that some of the model parameters can be used
for the diagnostic analysis of the observational data.
