Indirect detection of Dark Matter through γ-ray astrophysics is a hot topic in the era of new generation Cherenkov telescopes and satellite-borne experiments. We review the particle physics and astrophysics uncertainties which affect the Dark Matter sector and make prediction for the observability of γ-rays produced in Dark Matter annihilation.
