The first phase of the H.E.S.S. experiment is now fully operational since the end of 2003 but observation has started in mid 2002. After a systematic study of know TeV sources in the southern hemisphere, the H.E.S.S. collaboration has undertaken a scan of the inner region of the galactic plane. It also accomplished observations of many other galactic and extragalactic objects. We report here on the observation periods between 2003 and 2004.
