The results of preliminary astrometric tests using the Crimea-Pushchino VLBI array, performed in July, 1981, are reported. The array comprises two identical RT-22 radio telescopes in a north-south orientation and separated by about 1200 km and has maximum angular resolution 2 marcsec; water-vapor emissions of Orion A, W49 N, and W51 MAIN in the 1.35-cm band are observed. The equatorial length of the baseline and the difference of the nominal frequencies of the local oscillators are corrected. Graphs and tables are provided.
