The dynamics of a plane-symmetric inflating domain wall solution of the Einstein-Cartan-Klein-Gordon (ECKG) field equation is given. In this solution torsion does not couple directly with the scalar field. A particular solution is obtained where torsion contributes to inflation and the Higgs-type potential gives an approximation of the domain wall and torsion kinks are also obtained in fourth order. Cartan torsion also contributes to the orthogonal pressure of the domain wall. The metric found is analogous to the static non-supersymmetric domain wall metric discovered recently by Jensen and Soleng. The role played by torsion in our solution is played by the effective cosmological constant. The Hamilton-Jacobi method is used to obtain the geodesics around the wall in the static case.
