Scientific paper
In this paper we analyze the face error of 1.2 m sphere mirror in
assembling by computer simulation. The analysis result shows that the
sphere mirror will be assemble well supporting on 18 points at mirror
back and mercury bend around side. The face error of the mirror will be
less than λ/50 (r.m.s.) by the imitational sphere method.
