In the paper ``The `Blue-Bulge' Infall Signature toward IRAS 16293-2422'' by Gopal Narayanan, Christopher K. Walker, & Henry D. Buckley (ApJ, 496, 292 [1998]), we have identified an error in the calculation of the uncertainties in the centroid velocity of line profiles. With the correct formula presented here, the uncertainties of the centroid velocity of observed line profiles are reduced from those originally reported. The conclusions of the original paper are unchanged. The new uncertainties σ in km s-1 (col. [5] of Table 2) are 0.01, 0.01, 0.01, 0.02, 0.01, 0.01, 0.01, 0.12, 0.06, and 0.01. The derivation of the uncertainty in centroid velocity determination (Appendix A) is presented below.
