An analysis is presented of the brightness distribution of the green corona performed on the basis of standard observations of the corona during 1977-1986 grouped according to half-years and latitude zones (equatorial, middle, and polar latitudes). A statistical investigation using the principal component method indicates that cycle phase and latitude variations can be described with an evolving distribution mode. A 'latitude-time' diagram for the regimes under consideration is constructed, and the phenomenology of the observed variations of the distributions, which apparently reflects the temporal-spatial dynamics of the magnetic structure in the corona, is discussed.
