The radio-frequency spectrum of the molecular ion H2(+) as a possible candidate for radio astronomical observations is discussed. A rotational level scheme of H2(+) in the X 2Sigma(g)(+) ground state is presented, with fine and hyperfine splitting taken into account. Some assumed frequencies of transitions between levels of the hyperfine structure of the lower vibration-rotational state of ortho-H2(+), as well as hyperfine splitting constants are given.
