We quantize Galilei-covariant field theories by using the canonical method and five-dimensional Lorentz-like covariant expressions of non-relativistic field equations. First, for a complex scalar field we calculate the scattering cross-sections for the Coulomb interaction and for the self-interacting λ Φ4 term. Then, we turn to the Dirac equation and calculate the scattering and cross-sections for the Coulomb interaction, the electron-electron and the electron-positron scattering.
