We discuss the space-and-time-dependent Monte Carlo code we have developed to simulate the relativistic radiation output from compact astrophysical objects with self-consistent hybrid lepton populations determined by a Fokker-Planck code. We highlight some sample recent results obtained with this code, which are relevant to the emission from a magnetized neutron star magnetospheric shell reprocessing the stellar radiation, or a magnetic disk corona reprocessing disk radiation.
