The latest outburst of Cyg X-3, occurred during year 2000, was
extensively monitored with the BeppoSAX satellite, which observed the
source 6 times at different brightness levels. We here report on these
observations, in which the X-ray spectrum appears very complex and
strongly evolving as the brightness of the object changes.
