We present the first images of dust-scattered light from the debris disk surrounding the F2V star HD 15745. Using the Hubble Space Telescope Advanced Camera for Surveys coronagraph, we detect circumstellar nebulosity at 0.6 microns in the region 2.0 - 7.5 arcseconds (128-480 AU) radius from the star. The highly asymmetric, fan-shaped morphology is consistent with a dust disk inclined to our line of sight by 67 degrees and composed of forward-scattering grains. Assuming silicate grains, we simultaneously fit the spectral energy distribution and the scattered light properties using a Monte Carlo radiation transfer code. We find that HD 15745 has a narrow grain size distribution (1-10 microns), a total dust mass of 0.03 Earth mass, and an inner dust clearing with radius 60 AU. We also discuss the puzzling evolutionary status of HD 15745. Kinematic evidence suggests membership in the 100 Myr-old Castor Moving Group, which includes Fomalhaut and Vega, yet the high dust mass is more typical of 10 Myr-old debris disks.
