We present black hole mass and Eddington ratio measurements for 700 active galactic nuclei (AGNs) from the second observing season of the AGN and Galaxy Evolution Survey (AGES-II), an optical spectroscopic survey of X-ray- and infrared-selected AGNs. The sample, roughly doubling the number of black hole masses from AGES-I (Kollmeier et al. 2006), is analyzed to assess the distribution of Eddington ratios as functions of luminosity and black hole mass.
