We present 5 epochs of Very Large Array (VLA) observations of 1720 MHz OH masers in the Galactic Center (GC). Masers from this line are usually associated with supernova remnants (SNRs), and originate from the shocked region where the expanding SNR collides with the surrounding interstellar medium (ISM). The interaction of the SNR Sgr A East with the ISM seems to appropriately describe the presence of many masers in the GC. However, some masers in the GC are closely associated, at least in projection, with the circumnuclear disk (CND; the torus of the ISM revolving around the black hole Sgr A*), and it has been proposed that they might arise from the CND. If the masers associated with the CND arise from internal interactions, like cloud- cloud collisions in the CND, the masers might exhibit a different flux density variability compared to those masers that are from the SNR/ISM interactions. Hence, during 2006, new observations of the masers near the GC were taken with the motivation to understand their variability.
