Detailed calculations of ellipsoidal light curves for X-ray novae in the quiescent state are presented for three optical and infrared wavelengths: 5,500, 16,200, and 22,000 A. Mass ratios q = Mx/Mv = 0.1-20 and effective temperatures for the optical star T = 3,500-30,000 K are considered. The orbital inclination is varied over a wide range from 10 to 90 deg. The results obtained can be used to determine the masses of relativistic objects and the parameters of binary systems.
