The case of the perturbed motion of a satellite of a spheroidal planet under the action of nonautonomous potential perturbations is analyzed. A fictitious additional degree of freedom and the pair of conjugate canonical variables corresponding to it are introduced. Then the resulting expanded system of Hamilton's equations for the Eulerian orbital elements is solved by the Delaunay-Zeipel method of canonical transformations.
