The 22 and 44 GHz flux densities of a sample of extragalactic radio surces with expected flux densities larger than 1 Jy at 22 GHz were measured with the Itapetinga radiotelescope during the period July 1978 to July 1980. For most of the sources, the flux densities at these frequencies, together with published values at other frequencies, combine to form smooth spectra, even when the measurements were made at different epochs. For two of the sources (0906:+01 and 1546+02), the flat spectra between 1 and 100 GHz changed into a peaked one, with maximum intensity probably around 15 gHz.
