The argument that the observed concentration of quasars in the Sculptor region is caused by sensitivity of the plates taken at larger and smaller right ascensions being less than those taken in the O h less than RA less than 1 h region is rebutted. Histograms of the distribution of weak line and strong line quasars in the region show that the concentration is not present for weak line quasars, but is markedly present for strong line quasars. The eveness of distribution for the weak line quasars indicates the search is uniformly complete for this kind of quasar throughout the observed strip. It is shown that the concentration of strong line quasars is not due to spectrum broadening. The consequences of the concentration is that three is much too large a spread for quasars belonging to the same or even adjacent superclusters for the cosmological hypothesis of redshift distances.
