A quantitative survey of black-hole characteristics is presented for Schwarzschild, extreme Kerr (rotating), and Hawking (mini) black holes. As a function of their mass, these characteristics include values of the event-horizon radii, densities, maximal spin, removable energy, collapse time, Hawking temperature and lifespan. A fast computer program, "DELILAH", compiled to evaluate these quantities directly, is described and typical results are tabulated.
