In this paper we discuss the dynamical properties of a spinning body in
a gravitational gauge theory containing torsion. Formulae are given for
the precession of the Earth in the static spherically-symmetric field of
the Sun and of the gyroscope. These formulae are valid for any model of
gauge theory that includes torsion.
