Six hundred measurements of 331 binary stars observed during 1980 by means of speckle interferometry with the 4 m telescope at Kitt Peak National Observatory are presented. Thirty-two systems are directly resolved for the first time. Newly resolved spectroscopic binaries include HR 2001, 53 Dam, HR 6388, HR 6469, 31 Omicron-2 Cyg, HR 7922, and alpha Equ.
